RBM Independent External Evaluation (2009-2013)
The purpose of the Roll Back Malaria Partnership Independent External Evaluation is to i) understand the contributions of the RBM Partnership and its mechanisms towards Global Malaria Action Plan (GMAP) targets and milestones and ii) to inform decisions on the means to address gaps and challenges in the final years of the GMAP, development of the second GMAP and positioning of the RBM Partnership in the post-2015 environment.

RBM Board pushes to accelerate anti-malaria fight to meet the MDGs
Determined to make a tangible difference in the 900 days that remain to the MDGs and 2015 malaria targets, the RBM Board discussed strategic choices for boosting scale-up efforts in countries and ensuring that malaria control programmes remain appropriately funded and effective post 2015.

Roll Back Malaria Board Chair appoints Rt Hon Stephen O'Brien MP UK as Global Advocate for Malaria
In this new role Rt. Hon. Stephen O’Brien MP will work with parliamentarians and other elected officials in malaria endemic countries to help reinforce political commitment to accelerating the fight against malaria in the countdown to the 2015 Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

RBM at TICAD V: "Malaria is a development issue"
At a side event, cohosted by RBM, the Global Fund and other partners during the 5th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), RBM Executive Director Dr Fatoumata Nafo-Traoré and the Global Fund's Dr Mark Dybul highlighted the role of malaria control in Africa’s social and economic development.
RBM commits to improving management of malaria in pregnancy
At the two-day annual meeting of the RBM Malaria in Pregnancy Working Group, RBM Partners planed for an expanded coverage with interventions that specifically target malaria in pregnancy.
