24 health ministers from malaria-endemic countries call for malaria control to remain as critical component of post 2015 agenda
24 health ministers from malaria-endemic countries said malaria control would remain critical for their countries after 2015 and urged that specific indicators be included in the post-MDG global agenda. The ministers engaged in a rich discussion about the future of malaria control beyond the MDG deadline at a special ministerial meeting organised by the Roll Back Malaria Partnership at the close of the 26th RBM Board meeting.

The United Against Malaria initiative received the distinction "Global Brand of the Year" at the PRWeek Global Awards ceremony in Barcelona.

RBM and the Global Fund train endemic countries to better manage supply and distribution of health commodities
National technical experts from Haiti, Yemen and 49 Sub-Saharan African countries have begun developing action plans to improve national logistics and management information systems (LMIS) at a three-day workshop, organised jointly by RBM and the Global Fund.
